can't log on maple

its weird my computer won't let me log on. whenever i type in my info it says "having trouble logging on visit our webiste" the problem is iv been hearing alot of people bein hacked via logging on the website (i'm paranoid about that kinda thing) so is anyone else experiencing this kinda junk? btw if its my computer i might be a tad innactive due to not being good with computers and trying to fix it f3 edit: i got it all to work XD just took 2hours for it to get un-discombobulated thx for the help

u have to go to the official website that no one ever visits, and change ur password.

Their running login maintenance so if you weren't on before they started you can't get back on until they finish. Check their Updates/Notices section.

i have that same problem too but when i went to the official website it says "game offline undergoing maintenance". and when i click it it says "the game is currently unavailable" -_-

I'm on right now, and NO i was not on before they started. go to nexon.net not the maplestory page, and you will be asked to change your password. After that you can login.

heh weird id have to change my pass. w/e ill try later thx ppls =D i was utterly clueless about all this. my brother being the weird nugget he is thought itd fix it if i deleted maple and re-downloaded it so ill have to do all tht too. ^.^

.... READ THE UPDATES. Log into the website, it says offline but then go onto your desktop, click on the maple icon and log on normally. If you guys can't read updates, then it;s not NEXON'S fault it's yours.
