MW2, Hidden Effects of Attachments?

Where can I find a site that tells me about the extra effects of using some attachments with specific weapons? (Holographic Sight + FAL increases long range damage by alot, ACOG scope on one LMG has a different scope than regular ACOG... stuff like that)

Call of duty wiki is pretty good. Fal + holographic is also a 2 shot kill.

For every MW2 thread I must post this video I wouldn't call cosmetic changes on the sights hidden, but yea google is your friend.

Googles dient help me. The first like 100 sites just show damage. And I don't know if theres anymore hidden effects/attachment effects other than the two listed.

Holographic Sight has better hit detection. UMP and FAL are both 3 hit kills from any distance with any attachment (even silencer).
