Help me out Basil, I'm visiting the United States!

So I am visiting the United States this Sunday and staying there for 1 week. More specifically, I will be in Dallas, Texas. I need some tips on what to eat, and where to shop. I'm a 15 year old DUDE. More importantly, LETS TALK FOOD :D. Pretty much the only American restaurants we have in Sweden are McD, BK, and Subway. So none of those please. Also, I will need some gigantic stores which sell pretty much everything, because I need FOOD and some ELECTRONICS. Gotta buy a new PC. Help me out Basil! EDIT: Mods, please move the thread to the Chat section. I accidentally put general section since I post there a lot >.<. I hope I don't lose my suspension medals :O

ahah yesterday was Internation Pancakes day, so IHOP had free short stacks :D Anyways, Texas is known for its big serving sizes, so go to any Texan restaurant. I personally have never been there but my dad has. Electronics? Best Buy? Wal-Mart?

go to a local diner and order anything on the breakfast menu... pancakes, french toast, hash browns n eggs overeasy then put maple syrup over all of it and dig in ihop ftw

You HAVE to get a medium rare Rib-Eye steak with basil and mushroom sauce on it, with a potato with cheese, chives, butter, sour cream, and bacon bits in it, with Lobster Macaroni and Cheese, steamed broccoli with cheese melted on it, and a glass of sparkling grape juice. Best meal ever. Edit: For breakfast, get homemade biscuits, with country gravy smothered on it, put a piece o' chicken in that, with sunny side up eggs, hash browns, and sausage links. Top that off with a glass of fresh cold lemonade or orange juice and you'll have an omg-gasm. For lunch, devour everything in your path. I'd go to an "All You Can Eat!" buffet, and chow down like a fat kid finding an abandoned twinkie factory that has an unlimited supply of twinkies.

I am in love with the fact you are coming from Sweden to visit Dallas. I live 30mins from Dallas and I love living in this area. There is a lot to do here. You chose a great city to stay in. As for big stores, there are lots. Try Fry's (electronics, specifically for computers!), Best Buy (wide variety of electronics), Nordstrom(for clothing). Nordstrom also has a nice resturaunt at the Galleria Mall.
