Will we all have to start maplestory from the main website now? Will I be able to go on maplestory the normal way? Or is it just the server check?

From what I understand even if you log in the normal way it reroutes you to the main website to log in.

This patch happened last week for one. You now have to log in on the MapleStory main page and then launch the game from there. Not right now though because there is a login maintenance right now. This means that nobody can log in right now until the designated time (11 Basil time).

After the new patch i still use the MapleStory.exe, I haven't used the website once.

Wow that would really bite. I just started to get into maple again yesterday, just to come back to having to log in with the website XD.

i haven't used the website either i'm pretty sure combat arms allows you to run it either way as well

ZapperNL It will say your in Europe and it wont wont bla bla bla bla u have to click No Then Yes then do the same thing and it wont pop up again if you know what i mean

Combat arms, after opening it, opens a browser that leads you to the login on the website. Either way, you need to go through the website to login and start the game.

OT: I haven't logged in once with the website so I think you can choose or so how you want to login.
