Who was wrong in the Takeback3r vs Mr Basil argument about the removal of his thread? Since the thread was deleted, I might as well make a poll to see what people think.

At first, I thought Mr. B was in the wrong here, most people will shout "plagiarism!" at the fact that he's replicating guides. Legally, that's untrue, copyright law gives Mr. Basil full rights to anything you post on the forum. With that knowledge, I did a little diplomatic work, and this conflict is all but ended. Takebacker has admitted that his removal of the guides was taking it too far, but also says that he stands by his decision to remove the Brawler guide, since it was 100% his own information, rather than a compilation like all the others. As such, he's got absolutely no issue with Mr. B transferring ownership of all but that guide. Someone else has to remake his Brawler guide, but otherwise most of the dispute has been cleared up. Oh, and as a helpful result of this massive drama, when mods change your title it's a thousand times less threatening. [quote] Bot : A thread of yours was renamed.
