So I just got this artifact and it give me a choice of giving it either to Vaunge Lee, Stan or Louie. Who should i give to?

I tried to tell the Admin I'd deliver it myself (this was during the last time they ran this quest), and she told me I wasn't strong enough to go to Magitia by myself (brand new Aran) and took it from me. I was planning on getting Manji to fly me there, then Camel Cab it into town and hand the cleat over myself, then Camel Cab back and take the magic carpet home. Didn't even get the chance. Bumber.
