Neo city glitch?

Ok, I'm in the year 2099 and I killed the 50 Overlord A's and the 40 Overlord B's. There was no quest after that so I went a few maps to the right ans killed the boss. I went back to Andy and finished the quest but now I can't do anything. :O I can't go in the tree to kill Nex, can't go to 2215. Please help.

Did you find the key and hand it to the captain? Did you give the captain the radars?

yea there is a lvl req as you go on, the last quest req is like lvl 90
