Currently, I have already gotten all 8 artifacts from artifact hunt 1, and I also have the medal. Is it possible to get the artifacts again in artifact hunt 2? No quest popped up when I got 200 artifact points this time.

no it is not the quests form the old one carry on to the new ones. so if u did them all then you can not do them again.
