Drought in Perion Glitched?

Well i was planning on making a warrior and also planning to get the hat, my warrior is level 16 and it has to do the quest called"Drought in Perion", it tells me to go to construction site north of kerning city to look for fire hydrants but i've been through the map up and down atleast 5 times and i have not found even 1 fire hydrant, but there are fire hydrants in the map before it(ive tried hitting the fire hydrants in the map before construction site north of kerning city). Does anyone have a solution?

its a glitch, ive seen about 20 threads about it. Its gonna be fixed on the next patch, check the website.

I dunno. On my mage, the fire hydrant was in sunset sky, or whatever, because i found a hydrant before and broke it open...
