is Captain Lantica (or something like that) a quest monster? or can i kill it as many times as i want to? is there a spawn to it?

ok u do a quest from the wanderer guy and u get a white essence and u can do a similar quest twice a day to get more....the quest requires u kill 500 anchor ghost things and get 500 of their red essences

u need to do a series of quest in boat quay town to obtain white essence or just buy it either or.... however his lvl is 100 and on avg he does 3.7k damage so unless u can survive that hold on for now.

Kinda worthless IMO. No incredible drops (or good, for that matter). Only for completists who want to say they owned another boss
