Unlocking an Item?

Yea, so one of my tops have a permanent lock from way back when and now I want to sell it. I remember when they first came out all you had to do was log a ticket asking for it to be unlocked, but I also remembered that they stopped unlocking items when the expiring item glitch came around. Any ideas? Also, how much would a 60 att 4 slot craven be worth?

I'm pretty sure you can still ask them to unlock permanently locked items, it's just temp locked items you have to wait until the lock expires and you can't ask them to end it early. So just log a ticket.
