I was still at WRs till 86. My friend till 88. You can try sniping Newts but be careful.

I went to Newties at lvl 81 I believe. I couldn't think of a better spot than that sadly. And Goby's isn't such a good idea. You'd need some points into freezer first.

I stayed at WR's until 90 =|. Well, you could try that Nightshadow/Windraider map, it's what I do as an alternative to Newties.

Depending on your funding, you might be able to go to Newties now. Try it out. You'll need to kill the first Newtie within it's spawn time (~10 seconds). If you can't quite do that yet, stay at windraiders for a few more levels.

Newtie EXP should be better than Goby EXP just because you're not having to move. That said, it all depends on kill speed.
