Is the quest for Hypnosis glitched?

Hey i was trying to get the hypnosis skill and what happened was after protecting Delli for 5 minutes i was automatically transported back to Kyrin? I didnt even get the skill! is it glitched or something. Thnx for the help

You don't stay there the whole 5 minutes. After the first four you'll get a message in your chat box to leave. If you don't leave by the time the timer runs out then you have to start over.
