Guaranteed of either 2 things: 1, it is just different enough to keep legally without permission, which is most probable, or 2, they buy permission. Actually there are 3, but the third isn't so common: the makers just don't care that people are using their stuff. Not like it hurts anyone or them.

its not stealing guys its more like popculture! =) they take alot of refrences and put em in this game who wouldnt want a transformer chair? who wouldnt want a lancer gun in maple story? Common guys, seriously you cant get pissed off even today people want things that they seen irl =) Heck i wouldnt mind seeing some Valve Refrences in here =) Acually theres Lego Refrence in Kerening mall, Logo... Lol i dont care its cool and i like it what does it matter if they took it? btw has anybody seen the chair up and standing yet? or is it just a head?
