Apparently they dont sell them there anymore? I looked on the site to and it wasn't on the list anymore, can anyone confirm this? Also can cards be used for the MTS? I forget.. :/ Thanks!

Nope they dont sell in target no more. Yes you can use them in MTS.

Green4EVERyeah it's true, my friend was in target a few days ago in the cd section and he texted me saying they don't carry the cards anymore
