My ticket to nexon on Battle Ship Cannon Glitch

Dear Nexon Gm, I am writing this ticket on the account of the skill Battle Ship Cannon obtained by the Corsair Job class. Ever since the Dec 10, 2009 patch in which the Aran job class was released this skill became unobtainable. Any corsair that reached their 4th job advancement after this day is now unable to obtain it. The actual problem is not the skill itself. What the problem is, is that when you speak to the Kirin NPC she does not allow you to obtain the quest. When searched in the quest book the quest is non-existent. I am not sure if this has been brought to light by any other players but, I just want to some assurance that this issue will or can even be resolved. Although this glitch only affects a small amount of players I am one of those players. This affects my ability to properly train my character causing me to lose interest in playing MapleStory. If this issue can not be resolved by adding in the quest maybe a possible solution could be to add in a level 10 skill book. What I mean by this is to add in a book such as that of the 4th job thief class, Nightlord. They require a level 10 skill book to obtain their main attacking skill, Triple Throw. So what my suggestion and possibly easier than recreating the quest is making a Skill book that gives corsairs the Battle Ship Cannon skill. I am not asking for any compensation for not being able to obtain this skill for almost 2 months now, what I am asking is for the ability obtain the skill for which I originally made my character, Suriyuki (level 125 Corsair). No matter how wordy it is, I believe that you will get the same automated response as the rest of the players. In my perspective Nexon doesn't see you as an individual with words but just as a whole, a whole that makes them money no matter how intellectual you are, they still achieved to hook you into their game. So in some ways we're all equally pathetic

Nexon takes forever to respond to issues, meaning they need a clean scrub in customer service. Just because this is teh internet doesn't mean they can use crap to attract business. They are idiots. They will not waste time fixing a "little" problem with a quest. If fixing it does not make them money, then they will not take the effort. This is a truth about nexon. A greedy company that has started from an understandable money-making side, but they have just gotten way crazy with greed. They will fix anything that has to do with cash shop items in an instant. I mean, come on. They chose having like, 3 more cash items over fixing your cannon. Its not going to be fixed. It might even be broken forever.

I say you'll get a response within a week. A lot of people don't get responses and whine here on Basil, I say either they weren't formal enough and sounded like a little kid, or they're lying. I've sent multiple tickets to Nexon about various things, I got a response for each of them within 5 days.
