10m or 30days of a penny doubling

Would U Rather Take 10m In hand or Get a Penny and It would double everyday for 30 Days Discuss and Why would u pick it. Edit: first day of pennies u have 2 pennies then double that in 29 days. After u get the number divide it by 100 which = the amount of money Should be more thou but i would take the 10m UR PENNY DOUBLES EVERYDAY FOR THE NExT 30DAYS!

10 mil up front, i'm not sure many banks would accept a few million dollars in pennies. By the time you do actually get all the pennies deposited, i'd probably have earned enough from the interest on my 10 mil to cover up my losses of not choosing the pennies.

[/quote] There's also tax to consider. If you had the 10mil in cash, you would not really have to check it or something. But pennies...who the hell would accept over 10,000 pennies for something like...a $1k laptop. If you try to exchange it to a bank, they would deduct tax from you for the amount of money you have, they're bastards that way. @above, doesn't mean you have to convert them. The gain would still be greater than simply getting 10mil statistically

Wow, you guys take math way too seriously. The equation could be modeled as y = 2^x where x = 0 is the first day and x = 29 is the 30th day. Nowhere in this does it say that there is a sum or that there is any addition; it's just exponential growth.

I don't want to wait for 30 days for an extra 700k It's just going to make me nervous.
