Marbas gloves/shoes

Do you have to farm Marbas in order to get the gloves/shoes or is there another way? I don't want to finish the quest and miss out.

Just farm :P I did this on my gunslinger but i gave up since I can't stand doing 4k damage to a monster and get only 60 exp with a really small % of getting an equip
