Anyone know if it's possible to reset your PIC, and how? The PIC I wrote down doesnt seem to work, and I've been trying to log on since yesterday.... any help or advice would be appreciated, thanks :p

I think you can delete by Nexon Website? Also. Make sure no one gets your PIC :D..Nexon played the cards wrong, You can now delete characters without Birthday ID

Its the same as Changing ur Pin . Oh and Btw does anyone if u can char transfer with PIC or do u still need ur Bday?

exec: The reset PIN button is no longer on the maplestory login screen i tried using the account settings on the GMS website, but all it lets me do is change my pass too... frosty: im pretty sure no one got my PIC xD and totally true. kind of a step backwards from the PIN in my opinion. does anyone have a link i could follow? >.> thanks a ton and keep the suggestions coming xD

in order to reset your pic you have to log in then click the thing under your characters picture i think it says info something like that then you click pin / pic reset thats what i did i reset mines yesterday

you better have access to ur email acct that you used to create a nexon acct with or you wont be able to reset the pic code now

Resetting your PIC isn't hard... First, go to Nexon's web site: link On the left, right under the big blue "Free Signup" button, click the blue "Click Here" link (cuz you're already a member). Enter your ID and password. Click the blue "Login" button. Click the "Info" button along the bottom of the little pane that now has a character avatar in it. Scroll down under the "Nexon Passport Account Info" header and click the blue "Reset PIN or PIC" button. Look for an e-mail from Nexon in the e-mail account you made that Nexon Passport with. Click the link in the e-mail to proceed with resetting your PIC. Log into the game as usual, when you try to log into your character it'll complain that you have no PIC and make you set a new one. Now carefully enter a new PIC... And remember what it was so you don't lose it again.

lydo: It does ask for personal information, and then you have to confirm it through your email. after that, you get to create a new PIC :]

to change your pic go to the maplestory website log in from there then click small info button then click change pin or pic then it'll tell you to type in your birthday i think? then it'll e-mail you a confirmation letter to the e-mail you used to sign up copy and paste the link and boom you're done :D hope this helps
