I find jail to be very useless... waste of space... and wasting the food supplies. Look at a person go to jail for like 10 years but was released 5 years. S/he didn't learn their lesson instead they will take their anger and kill more people. Here is a perfect example The murder of Junko Furuta. She was held hostage at a guy place she was torture for 44 days and was left to dead. The 4 guys were caught and put on trial. And guess what they were sentence to 20 years, but they were released 8 years, Some couple of years one of the 4 beat up a person. So tell me what was the point of putting them in jail? Instead why not do the same to them, if they killed somebody they have to kill themselves. Or why not dump them into an island they love to fight, why not let them fight all they want. If I could I will do this. 3 level of jail Low, people who steal for a good reason, 5 years. Middle Stealing from a bank 20 years. High, Killing a person for not reason death sentence. So tell me do you think the world is messed up. I prefer if everybody were animals because wild creature love and care for their surrounding. Unlike human they will kill if they feel like it. What happen if it happen to you? what will you want? People are getting killed for no reason. A killer just took away a human life away. And they are still be able to rome free? You're forgetting that criminals are still humans. Human rights should be allowed to all. Killing them and/or denying them safety from harm is inhumane. And I do not support such actions.

I think it should be ''An eye for an eye.'' If you rhape and murder a child, you yourself will be violated and murdered in the same fashion. But now it's ''inhumane'' to sentence a convict to death. Wasn't it ''inhumane'' for them to strangle that child to death? EDIT: Limu, I think murderers shouldn't have rights if they take the life of an innocent person. That victim doesn't have a life, let alone rights. So, why should someone so cruel get rights?
