Hello I just formatted my computer what should I do. Like installing drivers updating windows etc Serious anwsers please thank you

When you install Windows, it will install basic drivers for things like the keyboard and mouse, but not for the more complex things like your sound and video. There will be "basic" video, but none of the special features your video card can provide, if there are any. Things like higher resolutions, more colors and a video control panel. You'll get those later. Windows will install Internet Explorer, and the very first thing you should do is go to the Microsoft Update site and update Windows with all the important updates that have come out since your CD was made. (There will probably be a LOT of them, and this will probably take quite a long time, but it's VERY important.) Once Windows is completely updated, use Internet Explorer to download your anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. Install both of them and immediately UPDATE them so they have all the latest updates. Then before you do anything else, run a FULL scan of the computer with both anti-virus and anti-spyware. It's not likely anything will have gotten into the system if all you've gone to is Microsoft and the anti-virus sites, but you can't be too careful. Next, go to your computer's manufacturer's web site and go to the Support page. You need to find their "downloads" area to get the drivers that are made for your specific computer. They'll usually ask you the Model and Model Number of the computer. That info can usually be found on a label on the back of the computer. When you find the download page for your computer, download the drivers they have for the sound and video, and any others that look like they're newer than what your Windows CD had on it. Install these drivers and your sound should work, and your video should be back to what you're used to seeing. At that point your computer should be pretty much ready to install all your programs and games. If you use a different browser, get it and install it now. And- pay attention to what Quan said...
