My use of money

Hopefully after selling my 27 LUK Dark Pirate Top, I can fund my GS. I'm leaning towards getting a 14 ATK (H) BWG (300-330m), 2/10 DEX PAC (100-125m), 2/4 DEX FS (300-400m) Which totals ~700-855m. I plan to use a 100%'d overall + weapon and maybe SoK my zhelm from my bandit through MTSing GFA (24-32m) So I was wondering if using the money I hope to get in this way would benefit me the most or would there be another way to spend my money?

personally, I think you should forget about the fs and get a nice belt

Ok how about this: 14 ATK BWG (300-330), 2/10 PAC (100-125) [or clean 3 atk and scroll 60%'s (175m)], ~20 DEX Sauna (200-250m?), and maybe X-1X DEX Purple Snowshoes ~100m? which totals ~750-800m about.
