Alright so I'm 40% and I'll get to 78 tonight at Windraiders. I'm getting sick of them however and its getting slower and slower. (I started here at 60 or so) I want to get to Typhons as soon as possible and was wondering if I should try them with 19 AR or grind it out 1 more level to 79 where I have 21 AR. Also I've heard the range for AR increases at 21 but is it a huge difference from 19 AR range and 21 AR range?

Seeing as how windraiders is right below typhons i would just try it out to see how it goes. Assuming you have the pots since they will probably hit you for 600-700 damage. The damage penalty might be much though.

No way, typhons hit 500 max to me at level 90. The difference in range between 20 and 21 AR is pretty big.

Then it went down alot when I got a bowman overall. OT: I started at 78, that was the first level that it was faster than WR for me. |

Is a damage range of 1000-1800 with Warrior elixer good enough at Typhons?

It should be fine for you. Though you will burn alot of pots/money in the beginning, because of the 500+ dmg they will do on you. But give it a try, it will be fast. Me myself trained at windraiders from level 79 to 85, then I went to typhons. Trained there until about level 116? (This was nearly a year ago)

I started typhons at 81 with my crossbow. and my equips are kinda good. I have like, 50% chance of dying. and pots use is CRAZY. Good thing, if you die, you have the chocolate. it's a good time to try it out. :] Good lucks :]

The difference between AR 20 and AR 21 is pretty huge. Typhoons, probably more then any other monster or map, shows you how big this difference is. I started at typhoons at lvl 72 on my WA with my AR at 6. So I have personally seen the difference between the range of 10 SP and 11 SP in AR and then later on the difference between 20 SP and 21 SP in AR. About you going to Typhoons at lvl 78, I think is a good idea. At lvl 72, they use to hit me 600ish and I was also losing 1 million meso net per lvl on pots untill around lvl 82ish. From lvl 82 to lvl 95ish I was losing 500k net on pots and after that I was breaking even. So be prepared to lose 20 or 30 million meso in pots over next 25 lvls if you decide to train at Typhoons. (This especially sucks because not only are you losing the money, but if you trained elsewhere, you would actually be gaining a lot of money per lvl, so you are talking about a 60 or 70 mill swing minimum over next 25 lvls)
