Spear or Polearm? Why?

Both. You use polearms during 2nd and 3rd job where your training spots will consist of huge mobs where fury wins (in the case of 2nd job, the slash:stab ratio favors polearms) and you will switch to a spear whenever you start training at skeles which is normally around lvl 130. Besides, if nexon releases any high-lvl maps in the future with huge mobs, you can just pull out your polearm and own them.

And should i max polearm mastery or spear? Spear or Polearm Booster

Yeah, thats a hybrid. You get both boosters, both masteries and HB. Start out with polearm mastery + booster, then HB, then spear mastery + booster.
