I guess you could put commas there, but they're stupid commas. Would you say "like", then pause, then say "100k"? I'd say it without the pause.

"Like [pause] 100k? It takes like [pause] three minutes to get one." And while we are critiquing punctuation, your dot dot dot was poorly used. Not to mention your one sentence paragraphs, and using "it's" instead of "they're". There is more than one cape, so they should be referred to as plural.
