Srsly. I make a character, love it, get it to 40 or so, then quit. Make a new character, repeat. In 3 years of playing, I have not been able to get a character to level 60 even. I don't know if I lack motovation or what, but it sucks. Can anyone give me advice on what to do? I really want to level up my Dit or Page, but I lost motivation. (Videos don't help)

When this happens, you could quit for awhile. Then you'll soon realize you're too addicted to maple to actually quit, and come back with motivation. Hope this works.

Well in my scale of actual fun to play with would be MELEE LIST (Top is favorite to play, bottom least) DrK (3rd job starts a whole new player xD) Bucc (I just the range of attacks) Hero (Only lv 120+ though) Shadower (Rare but fun) TB (Fun like a Bucc but stops at 120) Paladin (Pain for 10~70) Dawn Warriors (I don't like how it stops at 120) Aran (Low HP and Carpol tunnel) RANGE LIST Corsair (Full area, Rapid fire, Battle Ship and fun movement skills) MM (Snipe ftw) NL (Boring and repetitive insult but fun after 4th job) BM (Hurricane :D) WA (Yet again with 120) NW (Enough said....) MAGIC LIST Bishop (Obvious reasons (SKILLS)) I/L (Blizzard) F/P (Meteor) BW (STOPS A 120) If you had to ask me my top 3 would be DrK, Bucc, Corsair.

Well I was the same. Then I made a cleric. All I did was get it to 50 and Mp3 for like 2 hours a day. After a while I got to level 69 and got excited. I did everything yo get to 70. Then I got to 75 then quit.

Seriously, if you don't like leveling, just give all your stuff away in the FM and never log in again. 3 years and never passing level 60 is both embarrassing and pathetic since it can be done in 2 weeks or less. Just quit while you're behind.

You remind me of someone... Me? o.0 Lol, nice 'fro! xD OT: When it gets boring, just keep training. Right now, my training's pretty boring, but I keep motivated by my stonetooth sword sitting in my inventory, just 6 levels away. Or just buy 2x cards. You'll level pretty fast.

Stop making buddies and spending time in fm. Just get on grind and get off. If not maplestory isn't your game.

I used to be exactly like you. For example, i quit my IL at lvl 70 and 0% right after the job adv and i dont use it anymore. Now i alternate between my DK and Hunter because i just feel that with my DK i can boss and with my hunter i can do lpq which i sorta miss doing on my DK but yeh i dont always train, only play when i get the feeling to play

Well You're only slightly behind me. I got to 70 in 3 years D: But that was with only using that character :P I'd have to say... Maplestory is definitely not your game. Try something else?

ok first off your post just screams 7 remarks that can go either way depending if you are a guy or a girl. second off all training doesnt have to be about finding a map you have party quests use them already. party with buddys and go kill stuff your all under lvl 40 so id recomend the pryamid pq its short easy to do and you can do it with a party or solo it and the scrolls you have a chance to win help keep you funded. also the carnvial part quest one isnt bad either.

Make a random class, play maple when ur bored, and in 30 or so days you should hit lv. 50, and you'll be like, woah, I got this guy to 50? I better keep training him. Worked for me.
