are there any pre-brawler builds that max dash?

Dash is not reccomended to Brawlers/Buccaneers Edit: Unless you REALLY need it, and arent so funded, just make a Normal DEX, dont max Bullet Time and you have it, however as I said, is NOT suggested Also you can just buy Speed Pills in Ludi and get a Bathrobe ( +20 Speed )

I just left flash fist at 11 and maxed Dash, Once you get to Brawler and you put at least a point in BB and CB you have enough mobility to hit three things pretty much all the time. The extra jump and speed allows you to hop over mobs and avoid some damage while cornering them or just shoving them together. I'll probably just max flash fist once I get towards the end of 2nd job if I have more points.

Flash fist maxes at 1 hit at 270% damage whereas Double Uppercut maxes at two hits at 290% damage and it stuns the monster. So not really. I would imagine that maxing Somersault Kick would be more pertinent since it attacks up to six monsters. EDIT: Also Double Uppercut can possibly out-damage a maxed flash fist at level 6 or 7 easily. I believe there's a cooldown time on DU of two or three seconds so you can't spam it like you can Flash fist.. but I haven't put any points on booster yet either so that might help. Also if you're playing brawler you should be using different skills all the time. Fly in with a Corkscrew blow, Somersault kick, turn around and Backspin Blow, SK, SK, SK. Etc... Brawlers are a mobbing class anyway, might as well just go full mob skills. I rarely ever used flash fist even when it was higher level than my SK
