Help in Dirty Treasure Map quest

So i got the picture of the bird on the map, I try to use normal attacks on the bird thats in the nautilus entrance but nothing happens. What am i DOing wrong?

U talked to Chief Stan cuz i also had that problem. Talk to him first then he'll say to atk the seagull. The 2nd one [on right] is the one to hit.

its not in the nautilus. Go towards the nautilus training center then go to the field east of henessy afterwards around that portal you should see like fences and a ladder thing go up one of them and press down and keep hitting him then pick up the item. Its the 2nd one btw on the right.

@corruptpanda, So far, it's a glitch( poor pirates), you'll have to wait for nexon to fix it
