The movie is coming out on the 12th. Does anyone else plan to see it? Also, does anyone else suddenly feel nerd pride rush through their veins and they started their character costume? Lol idk why I did.

I'll go see it, I liked the books. I mean, they're kind of childishly written, but the ideas behind are cool. Greek mythology has always been an interest of mine anyway.

I am already biased against the film because the trailer was amazingly stupid and unintersting. Not only that, but I have no "nerd pride", considering I'm not a "nerd".

Having read the books I hope the movie is as good... but I doubt it. Chris Columbus was pretty faithful to the HP books, though. The one thing that really bothers me is the ages... aren't they supposed to be 11?

But oh well. [/quote] My level in Maplestory...? Level 70 doesn't take long and I haven't played in a while. I also base opinions of trailers that are as long as the Lightning Thief one. Fair game, since it should be hyping me up for the movie, not making me sleepy.
