New Sindit variations, comment plz.

Everyone knows that sindit is the best road to follow. However, since steal is going to be fixed, the sindit is lacking SP to max all somehow-necessary skills: - Nimble body - Endure - Steal - Pickpocket - Chakra I'm thinking about this build and need your comments :D 1st job: general sindit ... max dark sight and 10 nimble body 2nd job: general sindit ... max steal, 1 endure and 10 nimble body The time limit of maxed haste and dagger booster is annoying already =.= 3rd job: Max att skills, MG 41 point left: 0 pickpocket 20 nimble body (how ironic '___') 25 chakra 7 endure

Im maxing it after 30SB, 19 mastery, 12 haste (maxed spd, enough jump), 3 booster (can be jump casting, no problem at all, windraider at tornador corridor locate quite seperately. Im experienced 2lv there) 4th, lmpq is just lame. Low lvl rarely get invited, while high lvl grind MUCH faster. After 3lv there with my I/L mage, I rarely get in 1.5min party. The prize is just like a coin in a sackcloth in comparison with merchanting. Grinding at windraider is a different story: wonderful EXP, and a few prizes from exchange quest make it much better. Moreover, isn't steal wonderful at LMPQ? fin, None here ever experience stun from steal, so dont dare saying that stun wont have any use, and steal is useless after BOT. Take chakra as a clear example! [/quote] I know what you mean...it seems as though we've been having quite a few of them infest the bandit forum lately... @ above: Bot will be increased to 250% after the patch, if you're in a mob (of let's say 4) and you were forced to choose between using steal and BoT, steal would do 130% and stun while BoT would do 250%. I don't think stun makes up for that loss of 480%, because as a shadower you will rarely be hit anyways. The stun from bstep is plenty. As for endure, if you use sorcerer elixers (which is what most cb's and shadowers use for 50+ levels) and you have maxed endure (recovering 43 mp every 10 seconds) in one hour you'll save 15,480 mesos. It may not sound like alot but that's saving you 10 sorcerer elixers. Now assume you play maple for 10 hours a week, that's saving you 100 sorcerer elixers per week (or 150k). It may not appear to have an immediate effect but when you've played your character for 2 years like I have (we'll say a year and a half, at 5 hours per week) then endure has saved me around 6 mil mesos total. And as long as I continue to play my shadower it will continue to save me money. Unlike a skill you will probably only use for a month or two. Arguing that endure is useless and can be replaced by pots is like saying mp recovery for mages is useless and can be replaced by pots (that may be a stretch but you understand lol). It's helpful, we'll just put it that way

I said pretty clearly at several points that A) steal's worth is questionable B) IF you're intending to max it, you're best off maxing mid-2nd job. Also note, 43(?)mp every 10 seconds is about 10~15% of your mp burn. final note, BoT has damage, steal only has stun. Give me one good reason why stun would be more important to your training than almost double damage. And no, survivability doesn't count, since survivability simply never is an issue unless you're bossing and bosses can't get stunned. Also BS stuns, why have two skills that stun?

Woah ... I really whoop about endure now, 150k per 10hours? whoop, really whoop. It takes me 30 min merchanting everyday just to make 6 mil average =)) And take into account that I'm a very bad merchant =)) Think about how endure effect u: u use BOT twice a second, cost 100MP. Well ok u need time to lure, but luring typhon need BOT too! Don't throw a percent to me which helps u seem clever. I'll make a statistic if anyone still want to argue. About Mage's MP recover, I played a Mage to lv53, passed 1st job, so don't try to trick me. MP recover is the best leftover skill, magic armor and energy bolt is lame! Come on you guys, you have to admit that endure is just too lame, and that you put points into it just because before the patch steal is more lame. @Mejust: I'm sorry that I wrote that way. Maxing late meant after SB, mastery, haste and booster, lv 52. About stun, why are u so sure? Have u ever tested it? Have u ever think about 26 chakra and not maxed pickpocket before the 4th job shadower say that chakra will be useful? One think I can say to u: steal is very fun! Steal contributes to our arsenal! Steal helps u do collecting quests! And now steal is more flashy! Steal is trainable! Steal has stun! Steal is very very fast! BS has stun, but if you att it again stun is gone, steal can fix that why are you so sure that we don't need 2 stun skills?

Justy is 14x Shadower, You guys are just too poor to afford Pots. I would bring 1000 Ginseng to train while you guys would still be using barbs and sorcerrer.
