Are There Winkels Out There?

I really want a winkel for my bowman and i was wondering if there are any out there and if they can be MTSed and also what exactly would i need to forge it? ive checked on basil and other sources but they have different instructions so i was wondering if anyone could confirm what i would need to have to forge a winkel and lastly how much would they cost if i were to buy it? thanks =D

lol good luck with that. youre gonna NEED it. a lot of it its not really worth it anyway. they have the same average att as an olympus. its not worth it.....

From memory I believe it requires 6 dex crystals, 6 black crystals, a hinkel and a bow production manual to forge. I haven't made mine because I've been debating, but I've had the manual sitting in my sader's inventory for over a year now.
