Faming a basiler

Can someone please explain this to me?

My Characters: VulgarCowboy - 80 Scania Crusader

In game, find another Basiler in your world, and fame them. Take a SS of the "X has famed Y" chat log, and submit it in the screens section.

Is this only for MS Sea or is it for GMS as well?

To submit the screenshot: Go to your medals page , go to the bottom, click on where it says "submit it here" and "make sure to select 'fame' from the dropdown". (I would provide a screen but Imageshack is being annoying.) Name the title "Faming "Basiler X" ". -Replace "Basiler X" with the Basil Id of the person you famed. In the info section, put a link to the fame receivers Basil Id so MrBasil can get you your fame credit as soon as possible.
