How often is the heart chocolate quest (provided by ace of hearts) repeatable?

I think every hour? that was the case 2 years ago when I last played.

I think it was 2 hours (?) On the other hand, does anyone know how to get the chocolate basket that acts as a safety charm? The site says to talk to Ace ofter getting the heart chocolate but he doesn't give a quest for it.
