This is a typo, but im pretty sure it works as a 50%, because when they make a typo on that its most possibally also a typo in their database, which will cause it to work as a 50% also. Just a guess though

Well i used 3 30% scrolls on my ms shield for my archmage and 2 of them worked in a row and 1 failed =( was i lucky or does the 50% actually apply?
