My submission to nexon for the new event

Here's what I wrote. I hope this gets added: ----------------------------------------------------- Hello Nexon America! I had just thought of this great idea. I believe this idea will help bring down the number of NX sellers and buyers, and also improve the cash system. My idea is that we could have a NPC, maybe in the free market, that would exchange meso for NX! Now before this gets ignored, I think we could make it so that the price would be high. I think that, for example, we could make it so that you talk to the NPC. Once you talk to the NPC, he/she/it would say, "Would you like to buy, or sell NX?" You could then either click buy or sell. If you clicked buy, it would say "How much would you like to buy?" You could type in any number, for example: Let's say I wanted to buy 10,000 NX. I'd talk to the NPC, click "buy", and then I would type in "10,000". The NPC would give me the price. The ratio would be 20,000,000 meso to 1,000 NX. So if I were to buy 10,000, the NPC would say, "The total cost of your purchase would be 200,000,000 meso." I could then either click accept or decline. I also think that this could also be possible in reverse. If you were to sell NX to this NPC, you could click sell, and type in the amount of NX you want to sell. Again, the ratio would be 20,000,000 to 1k NX. Now I understand that this may unbalence your funds. I understand that meso are meso, and NX is payed with real life money. But also, users with smaller amounts of meso would constantly buy NX to sell to this NPC. I also think that implementing this idea into the game would reduce the amount of meso sellers in MapleStory. It would also reduce the amount of people saying "B>10k nx. You offer" Thanks for reading this, and I hope this gets added to the game!

But still, mesos are virtual currency with no real life value. NX has real life value when bought :/

Although it may reduce the number of NX sellers and buyers its kinda like bringing meso bags to the cash shop and soon after everyone will be selling all their items for NX only or they be going selling (item) for 10 USD. This idea of yours also allows richer people to store their cash as NX The only other thing i can think of at the moment would be that it would reduce the number of people being scammed when they are buying NX. I highly doubt Nexon will even consider your idea everyone would just pick up all mesos from training and killing trade it for NX and go gach or whatever, what im really trying to say is this idea is a loss for nexon they lose money when people with no access to NX and there are a lot of them, these people can go i have mesos i have saved i want NX i dont have to pay real money for it.

[/quote] On the good side, you can change the NX currency into Mesos! That allows you to purchase almost any foods stuff you desire from any NPC in the Game!

Isn't this why we have meso bags? Nexon's already defined its NX:meso ratio, and it's 1:2,000. Not sure about the other way around, but "buying NX" would definitely be somewhere along the lines of 100,000:1

People might just buy mesos from websites then trade for NX instead of buying it, and Nexon is all about making money. Never know, they might have a change of heart. Goodluck

[/quote] This alone kinda toasts the idea T~T There's no winning for Nexon, so they would refuse more-or-less to implement this idea.
