Am i getting keylogged? O_O

Well for some reason my regular password wouldnt work for my account, so i tried resetting my password. When i went to the website, it sent me an email with a new password from support@nexon.net . And after it reset my password it still said i had an incorrect password. Am i doing something wrong? or am i getting keylogged?

Try typing it in regularly as well as copy>pasting.

Copy paste it on microsoft word or something. then just type it in. hopfuly it works

I check num lock & caps lock, and neither were on. I restarted my computer, tried copy pasting etc. I also tried my other account, that has the same exact password and it wouldnt work either. But i tried logging into another account of mine, with a different password and it worked.. really weird and im sorta getting worried because i had 3b+ worth of stuff on that account,

Wnivre : Do constantly change your keyboard language settings, or has it always been default? Well i torrented a version of windows xp that has certain stuff in other languages, but ive never had a password problem. And @ above ive already reached the limit for password resets today, T_T
