It's a medal that gives 10 to each stat, but only the person with the highest winning percentage in the server gets it. Not really sure how it works if there is a tie (2 people with 100% say) but I would assume that it would go to whomever had the greater amount of wins of the two.

dont bother trying for the medal, im pretty positive the top winners in cpq just leech wins off a mule and you cant beat that unless you do the same
