Blizzard or Mortal Blow?

I am not sure which of these two skills to max. The Mortal Blow(when maxed) fires a 250% damage arrow when the monster is close. Success rate for that is 90%. It can also kill a monster with 50% HP or less with 10% success rate. Meanwhile, Blizzard (when maxed) fires an arrow with 140% damage which can hit up to six monsters. It also freezes them for 3 seconds. However, while using the skill lately(at level 1)...and extensively, I noticed that there wasn't even a SINGLE critical shot. Please note the following before answering: 1- I have max Iron Arrow(180% damage, 6 mob attack, fires straight, doesn't follow monster) 2- I am planning on maxing Arrow Eruption(160% damage, affects a wide area) 3- If I max Mortal Blow, there will be 21/30 points left on Blizzard...which is enough for a 3 second freeze and 135% damage 4- If I max Blizzard, there will be 11/20 points left on Mortal Blow...63% success rate of firing a 205% arrow. kills monster with HP of 35%- with 6% success rate. I say max MB, because Blizzard is mainly used for freezing, not damage.

Well if you plan on getting to 120 I would say get 15 hawk only, frosteye should replace Blizzard can be left at 21 for 3 second freeze and max mb, cut some off thrust too.

More dmg %? obviously, comparing 250% to 140%, though i dont have a sniper so i wouldn't really know about training needs and stuff, just my input, cause I'd rather have more dmg.

don't listen to the other guys. trust me there is no point in maxing blizzard. it will never do a critical shot, but it's not meant to be used as a mobbing skill, it's for freezing. 5% extra damage isn't worth it at all whereas MB will serve you alot. 21 blizz is all you need. sources: lvl 98 sniper

Yeah and Frostprey will help freeze if that's what you're worried about.

Maxing blizzard is useless. You could've used those points into something more useful, like mortal blow.

I am training with my bro, a hermit. so I get all the speed that I want. and second I wanna max freezer last(not very last) and focus more on skills that benefit my bro and i like SE so 15 on eagle is not an option ....sry

Max mortal blow, 21 blizzard, 20 golden eagle and 10 thrust. Thats how you allocate the sps left.
