It's very simple. I have some sentences that I'd like you to fix, just for the fun of it. After reading the sentence, you can: 1 - Fix it by rewriting it/state the grammar principle being violated 2 - Choose no error I'll start with just a couple... If someone can fix these, I'll add more. XD 1) Everyone must put their umbrellas on the rack beside the door. Fix - Everyone must put his or her umbrella on the rack beside the door. (darkgrudge88) 2) The Game Masters sat in their chairs, eating donuts, while we responded and gawked at their unhelpful forum posts. Fix - The Game Masters sat in their chairs, eating donuts, while we responded to and gawked at their unhelpful forum posts. (Jewcake88) 3) At Caesar's Palace, the waiters are great, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food is much better than Mimi's Cafe. Fix - At Caesar's Palace, the waiters are great, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food is much better than that of Mimi's Cafe. (Jewcake88) 4) This is the worst and most wretched feeling I have ever or ever will experience. Fix - This is the worst and most wretched feeling I have ever experienced or ever will experience . (gobipie) T_T u nubs 5) They are better basketball players than we; we, however, are more skilled at the arts than they. Fix - NO ERROR (Jewcake88) =O THERE ARE LOADS MORE BUT I DON'T THINK BASIL CAN SOLVE THEM. T__T'' 6) The doctor rushed through his patient's appointment because he had a baseball game to watch with his son. Fix - The doctor rushed through his patient's appointment because the doctor / the patient had a baseball game to watch with his son. (Pandanese) 7) Athena acquitted the innocent man because his alibi was credulous. Fix - Athena acquitted the innocent man because his alibi was credible . (Jewcake88) 8) The cave was comprised of a Mushmom cage and a feeding area. Fix - The cave comprises a Mushmom cage and a feeding area. (Jewcake88) 9) The need for eliminating the Dracos, Wild Boars, Hogs, Pigs, and Cars are written in stone. Fix - The need for eliminating the monsters is written in stone. (Jewcake88) 10) That diamond ore is easy to mine is a common misconception. Fix - NO ERROR (fine I guess not) lolol 11) Neither of Sitting Bull's children were dead. Fix - Neither of Sitting Bull's children was/is dead. (SuperD) 12) He went to the Freemarket, which caused his instantaneous death. Fix - He went to the Freemarket, an occurence that caused his death. (gobipie) Principle - Missing antecedent. "He went to the Freemarket" does not link directly. THIS IS A VERY HARD THING TO SPOT. THERE'S NO REAL RULE FOR THIS. I just took a more obvious example. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO SPOT THE HARD ONES. 13) He has a bad case of triskaidekaphobia and might fall ill. Fix - He has a bad case of triskaidekaphobia and may fall ill. (gobipie) Principle - Might, just like would, could, should is all past tense. We sometimes can use these for politeness or formality. THE END 13 is the unluckiest number in the word. Triskaideka

danielnelsonhaha one of my Pet Peeve's is the grammatical error in "America's Got Talent" The way they word it, the Title would be "America is got Talent' which is obviously incorrect. You don't contract a word with " 's" Unless the word you're contracting is "is" You don't contract HAS. Idiots!
