unreasonably banned?

well, i just logged in and i was going to do some Trading and after about 5 minutes i was banned. and it says i can't play until the 8th october? any ideas what happened? btw i often disconnect

itunes, limewire, ie, pretty much any other program running while you play could set off an auto ban

Maybe thats it.. ? If you had it up.

I dont think you guys get it, Sure he comes back in one month...but you lose all your "legit" status, you are stricken from the rankings, and therfore are limited with "maple" groups when on MapleStory. Thats my 2cents.

no, running other programs WILL NOT get you banned. unless they are hack programs or the like, of course. Nor will he be removed from the rankings permanently; you will only be removed from the rankings if you actually get caught hacking. Autobans DO NOT remove you from the rankings permanently. During the time of the ban, you will be off rankings, but once it is over, you will return to being a ranked char (with a little time for everything to get processed). What you were actually banned for is a mystery though, if you were banned for any reason at all. Have you ever cursed in game? Tried to slip a word past the curse filter? KSed? does your name have several x, i, l, o, number, or anything used to extend your name? all of those are reasons for banning, though most are unlikely to be enforced.

unless your media player's also a memory editor it wouldn't get you banned. i think you were banned justly and came to whine and seek attention/pity on this forum like the maggot you are.

Druglord T, no i never hacked and i actually hate hackers because they ruin the game. and why would i go to a forum to just seek attention when i have other things i can do...
