Okay guys, if you remember who I am, then you'll know that I'm the guy who got hacked the other day. Fortunately, I got my email address back, so now I'm attempting to retrieve my MS account back. Since the guy who hacked me changed my password, I need to figure out a way to change my password. SO! First, I clicked the "I forgot my password" button. I fill in some stuff, and then, it sends a temporary password to my email address so I can log in. My question to you Basilers is, "Now what?" Because, when I go to the change password section, it requires me to enter an "old password" before I can enter a "new password". But I don't know what my "old password" is! If anyone can try playing around with this and tell me a DETAILED EXPLANATION ON WHAT TO DO , that would be very helpful. Thank you! EDIT: Typing in the Temporary Password will allow me to log in to my account and log into Maplestory, but it won't work in the "old password" spot. I'll try logging a ticket to Nexon now.

You can't get your desired PW. I've tried this a few times and some other people have tried this and they can't change their PW. Nexon messed up something on the site.... unless they fixed it.

with all this time on ur hands trying to find your acc.. you could easily make another account and ur only lvl 50!

I think old password is temporary password.

PeterWhite : with all this time on ur hands trying to find your acc.. you could easily make another account and ur only lvl 50! I'm looking for the account with the lvl 90 DK, the lvl 48 gunslinger, and the lvl 45 Wind Archer. -__-

just give up on that account since you got hacked.. it might be striped
