Blamed for hacking while not knowing?

Hey todae i was banned permantly... because aparently it said i was hacking... which i wasn't... -_- anyway i was on my cygnus and using that spirit thingi and it was hitting every single monsters... and im new to cygnus so i thought that was normal... You'll probably thinking how did the hacks get there? well i think i got it by this.. i actualy didnt download maple, i got it from my friend who does hacking sorta stuff... and i bet he put the hacks in it and wanted me to get banned or somthing.... i mean my lvl 80 CB with just bought nx gone... with my stupid cygnus... so i sent a complaint to nexon saying all this... what i want to know is is there chance for me to get unbanned?
