Most of todays netbooks run Maple Story fine, except for my HP Mini 2140. I kept getting an error message when trying to play. I decided to plug my PC screen to the port in the netbook and then change the display setting so that it will match those of the screen. Then I opened Maple Story and it worked. To play on the netbook all you have to do is change to window mode on Maplestory and then unplug the PC screen from the netbook so that you are free to play maple on the go. Hope this helped.

qwan456 : What the error message you always getting, when you try to play? o.O Probably something to do with resolution. This is a good find; thanks for this. Using VGA connecting to your computer?

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOK let me explain this to you! I had this same problem the reason is this: Newer HP netbooks use 1024x576 instead of 1024x600, and maple needs to be run at 800x600. Yes, plugging in an external monitor and then going windowed does work, but it is FAR from ideal. All you need to do is download a freeware program called Netbook Reolution Customizer. This program lets u do 800x600 even tho the screen is too small. It makes maple work 100%, PM me if u have questions. I have 100000000% experience in this, as i have a new HP netbook and did this very recently myself.
