Window mode flickering

So whenever I play in window mode, the shadows flicker. Can someone please help me fix this problem? I already updated all my drivers and I have DirectX 10. My computer is not too old, please don't suggest that. It is Vista, but I already changed the compatibility mode to Windows XP (Service Pack 2) and running on administrator. This problem started happening out of no where, it used to run perfectly fine in window mode. Please help me. Thank you in advance. =]

It keeps on going back and forth every time i try to train and press enter and alt by accident.

Turn it off 'Run as Admin' and 'Compatibility Mode' and run it as it is. If it still flickers, then something running in your background is conflicting with it. (My desktop had this problem a while ago.)

I just noticed that "Compatibility Mode" was not on because the anti-hack is detecting it. So maybe because I cannot run it on on Windows XP, it flickers. Thanks though.

its mainly ur graphic card its not hurting it at all just when it starts alt enter to full mode and back.. after i got my XP reformatted it quit flickering..

I have a problem like this with vista. It makes my windows flicker with it, like my browser window & it gets annoying x.x

Well I'm not going to reformat my computer. =/ Too much stuff to save. I've done that "alt+enter when it starts to full screen then back." It doesn't help. =/
