What level would you have to be to get to 200?

If you don't like training, this question doesn't apply to you. The exp needed to level is monstrous during 18x and 19x. At level 177, I don't even care. I think if I got to 190 I would have to finish. (Please don't say level 199... It's not funny or witty.) So what level would you have to be to want to get to 200 and "finish" the game?
