2 lvl 120 Noblesse?

While looking at the cyg rankings....i found 2 lvl 120 noblesse with the same last 4 letters in their name. They look exactly alike also. Therefore, we can assume same person made both cygnusess. I say they hacked...how else can u be 80-60 lvls ahead of all the other legit noblesse?
