Can someone tell me where I can find this theme? I hope the wallpaper isn't inappropriate =/ Sorry if it is, I wanted out to blot out the bum but there's clothing so I guess it should be fine Link P.S. who's the girl? :D

Go to customize.org And while Browsing, click "xpthemes" and click popular xpthemes Make sure you download the .dll windows thing before installing it. (Instructions on the left side of site)

Well, there's better and nicer themes than that, are you sure you just want that one? Check deviantart for the themes too. The icons on top they could be in the customize.org>Browse>Icons section (read instructions on left to install)

I like this layout a lot, the curvy-ness of the icon drop down and stuff just looks very refreshing. I haven't seen anything better yet.
