Trying to finish step 3

I have the hackshield error so I did the thing that nexon told me to do, step 3 says that I should download that link and after I saved it this happens when I try opening, if you don't know the steps its also at the bottom of my link link (photobucket)

try uninstalling and re-DLing to the people that will flame that the link doesn't work: right-click, open in new tab

well it looks like something is blocking the hackshield file! may i ask for wat kind of virus protection ur using or any firewall u downloaded bsides windows firewall

hmmm well try disabling the window live one care and download maplestory again!

I didn't have it as well, but for some reason it happened this afternoon the morning was fine though O.O
