Where do I leech at level 98?

I need to get some leech from levels 98-101. If you could help me with a good place or training spot (doesn't have to be leech) that would help. I am trying to get my Thunder Breaker to 101 for max Barrage.

Leech: Try Wyverns Training: I don't know, but you could try vikings. Lightning weak. =D
