| The Epic Chronicles PQ, version 6: Amathar Like the previous segment on the Immortal Dragons, this is not actually a PQ in itself. Rather, it is the final battle (superboss) in relation to the PQ's saga. The rest of the saga can be seen here: Part 1: http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1171567/1 (Heroes, Paladins, Crusaders, Priests, Bishops) Part 2: http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1171971/1 (Dragon Knights, Rangers, Snipers, Marksmen, Bowmasters) Part 3: http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1173189/1 (Dark Knights, Hermits, Chief Bandits, Night Lords, Shadowers) Part 4: http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1173963/1 (White Knights, Mages, Arch Mages) Part 5: http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1180523/1 (Minibosses, all jobs) Those who have read part 4 of the PQ series know that at times, near the entrance to "Castles in the Sky" is an immense flying fortress apparently built of titanium that also has six guns, stacked vertically, guarding the entrance. This fortress appears at random intervals, casting a shadow over the village of Miliae, and at those times it is within jumping distance. Entering the fortress is feasible for anybody that can reach it. Those who approach the fortress face a barrage of cannon fire at diverse intervals that can be dodged by jumping or ducking if the player has enough skill. Any hit will knock the player back. The entrance gate seals itself whenever the 18th member has entered. Entrance Upon entering the fortress, the player is confronted by a spartan chamber containing eight magic barriers. These are the Breath Barriers, which may not be passed unless the appropriate Dragon has been summoned and defeated within the past 24 hours. The eight barriers are: Wind (Hiryuu), Torrent (Shoryuu), Spring (Seiryuu), Divine (Shinryuu), Storm (Hiryuu), Crystal (Shoryuu), Lunar (Seiryuu), Master (Shinryuu). Even if the dragons have been defeated, the first player to pass each barrier takes the following effect upon himself: (Wind) Attack speed reduced by half during the first 4 parts of the Amathar battle; (Torrent) HP drains at a relatively quick rate like reversed regeneration; (Spring) Weakness status for the first minute of the battle; (Divine) May not attack until the party has passed its first 1 million damage; (Storm) Character's first attack to hit Amathar deals the same damage to all party members; (Crystal) Half movement speed during first minute of the Amathar battle; (Lunar) Controls reversed during first minute of the Amathar battle; (Master) All of the above effects. The next room, upon entering, automatically opens the players' item and key configuration menus. Two randomly chosen empty keys are given the same usable item type. The chamber itself is split by four walls, each roughly one screen apart, with teleporters connecting them. In the first chamber the wall contains a sign that asks, "Are you prepared for what lies ahead?" The second chamber's wall says "Are you sure?" The third chamber's wall says "Are yo |

These points function as follows: you can use 1 point to add 1 weapon attack or 3 magic attack to the weapon; you can use 3 points to add 1 slot to the weapon; you can use 5 points to improve the weapons speed class by 1, but you can only do this once; and you can use 5 points to add any of the following effects to your weapon: inflict seal; inflict darkness; inflict poison. Each of the latter effects will take place on 40% of all hits." Which makes them easily stronger, aya. |

| Those daggers are very biased. STR daggers are easier to achieve because 100 str is almost nothing to get. 900 luk, on the other hand, requires a person around lvl 160 to wield, with at least 100 luk in equips. |

I tend to think, if I said the weapons were level 200, that wouldn't be an issue. But I guess if you didn't read it, it isn't there. |
